Very vintage…

If you’re reading this blog then you’re obviously a super-stylish fashionista, and unless you’ve been hiding under a rock for the past 2 weeks it can’t have escaped your knowledge that we are entering the third of the four most fashionable weeks in the fashion world calendar. New York and London have been and gone and now Gucci opened Milan today with a deliciously dark show that paid tribute to its twenties origins. With sequins, flapper style dresses, drop waists, fringing and art deco motifs, it’s just a matter of time before this new trend goes viral in celeb land! (In fact a reliable source told me that French Connection showcased a fabulous flapper dress at Bristol Fashion Week only last night!)

Fancy yourself as a bit of a trendsetter? Then get ahead of the fashion game and head on over to Tellusfashion for a unique way to wear the hottest trends, safe in the knowledge that you won’t meet 3 other people on the same night wearing the carbon copy of your outfit! For some fabulous fringing check out this White Fringe Dress or Camel Coloured Halter Neck Maxi Dress. For a knockout mini then try this vintage style Faded Rose Dress. All designed by Ekaterina Kukhareva who puts emphasis on using fringing and beading in her designs-perfect for the 1920s look!

What do you think of this forthcoming trend? Will you be vamping it up in the vintage look?  Tellus
